Jennifer's responsibilities have included overseeing large teams, driving standard work and continuous improvement, and meeting key plant metrics in safety, quality, throughput, and cost. Jennifer has advanced education in organizational leadership from Harvard Business School and Geneva College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from The University of Akron.
