John Bardoel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Director of Finance for the Toyota & Hyundai Kia Business Unit at Adient since October 2016, Bardoel previously held the position of Senior Finance Manager within the same unit. Prior to Adient, significant roles at Johnson Controls included Platform Commercial Finance Director and Account Financial Manager for the Hyundai Kia and Toyota Business Units, respectively. Bardoel's career began at Caterpillar Canada in 1984 and included positions at Sunwell Engineering and Tamrock Loaders as a Senior Buyer. Bardoel holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Sheridan College, earned between 1981 and 1984.
