Kai Krueger

Kai Krueger has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Site Lead for the European Headquarters, Director of Engineering, and Chief Engineer at Adient since February 2011. Prior to this role, Kai held the position of Global Head of Complete Seat Development at RECARO Automotive from August 2016 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Kai worked as Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls from March 2001 to January 2011, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership and engineering expertise throughout the career.
