Kartik Pathak

Kartik Pathak has extensive experience in the automotive engineering field, with a career spanning from August 2005 to the present. Currently serving as a Manager at Adient, Kartik oversees program level CAE activities for various projects across Europe and North America. Prior to this role, Kartik held multiple positions at Johnson Controls, including Assistant Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing CAE projects for VOLVO and standardizing global best practices in CAE processes. As a CAE Team Lead, Kartik successfully directed a team of 12 engineers in supporting passenger car seating systems for major OEMs. Kartik also has a solid foundation in CAE analysis, having developed teams and provided program-level support for various seating and interior projects. Kartik's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
