Kurt Wise possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Setex and TechnoTrim, both joint ventures of Adient and Tachi-S, since October 2016. As Vice President for Honda and Nissan NA, as well as VP of Program Excellence for Seating Americas at Adient, Kurt is responsible for profitability, program management, and the launch execution of seating and overhead systems programs in North America. Prior to Adient, Kurt held various leadership roles at Johnson Controls from 1993 to 2016, including VP & GM of the Complete Seat Product Group and Executive Director of Global Seating Programs. Kurt's career began at Chrysler as an Engineer from 1991 to 1993, and earlier as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute. Kurt earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Oakland University.
