Lisa Peppel

Lisa Peppel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations strategy and supply chain management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Operations Strategy and Commodity Director at Adient since February 2020, Lisa leads the global metals commodity team, managing over $450M in annual spend and focusing on supplier relationships and commodity strategies. Prior roles include Director of Supply Chain at Moeller Aerospace and various positions at Johnson Controls, where significant achievements included identifying savings opportunities and exceeding departmental goals. Lisa holds a Master's in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Arts with a Supply Chain Management minor from Michigan State University.
