Manuel U. is currently the Regional Manager of Continuous Improvement at Adient, where they oversee initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of operational excellence within the North America Metals Seat Structures & Mechanisms Product Group. Previously, they served as Manager of Continuous Improvement and Best Business Practices at Johnson Controls, contributing to the strategic implementation of the Johnson Controls Manufacturing System. Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Administration from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Robotics from Instituto Tecnologico de Puebla. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader, they are dedicated to developing continuous improvement strategies and mentoring future leaders. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Manuel facilitates cross-functional collaborations that drive significant business improvements.
