Matthias Luft

Matthias Luft is a seasoned engineering manager with experience at Adient, where they held roles including Manager Engineering and Engineering Manager Testing from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Matthias worked as a Senior Engineer at Johnson Controls between 2011 and 2016, and as a Validation Engineer at Keiper from 2001 to 2002. Matthias obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Vehicle Technology and Lightweight Construction from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, completing their degree in 2006. They also hold an Abitur from Wilhelm Erb Gymnasium, which they are in the process of completing.
