Michael Goedel

Michael Goedel is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Director of Program Management at Adient since August 2015. In this role, Michael oversees the Program-Management Office in Europe, focusing on optimizing processes across various product groups including Seat-Systems and Trim. Previously held the position of Platform Director at both Adient and Johnson Controls, where Michael led successful seating launches for multiple VOLVO models and managed a team of Program Managers. Michael's career includes key roles at Siemens and RWTH Aachen University, complemented by a strong educational background with a Dr.-Ing. and Master’s degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
