Michael Puhalla is currently a Senior Engineer and the Seat Comfort Division Lead at Adient, where they focus on innovation, comfort, biomechanics, and user experience. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Human Factors Engineer at Lear Corporation, leading projects that enhanced automotive comfort and user experience. Prior to that, Michael co-founded NeoAnalytica, developing predictive master data management technology. They also worked as an Intervention Specialist and Graduation Coach at Van Dyke Public Schools, where they significantly improved student success rates. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan.
