Nelson Lopes

NELSON LOPES is a highly experienced professional in quality management with a comprehensive background spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Quality at Adient's Curitiba Plant and overseeing the Management System for the South America region since March 2020, NELSON leads the standardization of Quality System Management requirements and focuses on leadership development and strategic planning. In addition to this role, NELSON contributes as a Volunteer Staff member at the Gerando Falcões Institute and works as a System Management Consultant since 2014, specializing in management improvement, process management, and risk analysis. NELSON also teaches Quality and Productivity disciplines for MBA programs at Universidade Paulista. Previous positions include Quality Manager at Adient, Trimtec, and Lear Corporation, as well as Lead Auditor roles at DNV GL. NELSON holds an MBA in Business Management from Universidade Paulista and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes.
