Norma Hernandez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as Gerente de planta and Plant Operations Manager at Adient since September 2018, Norma has also held the position of Materials Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Gemini Plastics de Mexico from September 2008 to January 2018. Norma completed a Post Doctorate fellowship at CINVESTAV from 2005 to 2009. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Coastal Ecology from Kiel University, a Master’s Degree in Marine Ecology from Centro de Investigación Científica y de Educación Superior de Ensenada, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
