Peter Pelech

Peter Pelech has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Sales and Program Management at Adient since November 2016, overseeing sales and program management for Stellantis, Hyundai-Kia, and Renault in EMEA. Prior roles at Adient included Platform Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-hundred million EUR businesses and leading teams for program excellence. Previously, Peter held various positions at Johnson Controls from 2007 to 2016, including Platform Director for a seating business unit and Senior Program Manager, managing significant European seating programs. Peter's career further includes ownership of a translation service agency, roles in product design and project management in various engineering firms, and internships in engineering research and development. Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from Lawrence Technological University and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
