Peter Poliak

Peter Poliak is an experienced finance professional with a Master of Finance degree from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave. Currently serving as an Engineering Controller at Adient since October 2014, Peter is responsible for project controlling in the Foam Small Parts Business Unit and oversees engineering cost centers, planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Prior roles include Finance Controller at HF MIXING GROUP, where Peter managed financial data analysis, strategic budgeting, and reporting under both Slovak accounting codex and German GAAP. Additionally, experience as a Finance Analyst at Emerson involved financial analysis support, project team participation, and monthly financial reporting. Earlier experience as a Business Controller at Delta Electronics focused on internal and external reporting, P&L analysis, and budget preparation, utilizing SAP for data management.
