Rahul Deo

Rahul Deo is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in various facets of human resource management, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at Adient since March 2011, Rahul oversees operational HR and leads the compensation and benefits function. Prior to this, Rahul held positions at ACC Cement Ltd., where responsibilities included implementing a new performance management system, and at Associated Capsules Pvt. Ltd., focusing on recruitment, training and development, and performance appraisal systems. Rahul earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Shivaji University and a diploma in Labor Law from the University of Mumbai.
