Razvan Moise is currently an Engineering Project Manager at Adient, where they oversee Brownfield and Greenfield project launches across EMEA, ensuring compliance with operational and technical requirements. With over 11 years of experience as a plant-based Engineering Manager, Razvan has managed engineering and maintenance departments, focusing on launching industrial facilities and managing multidisciplinary teams. Previously, Razvan held senior engineering roles at Johnson Controls and Federal Mogul Motorparts, where they led manufacturing engineering departments and implemented new production processes. Razvan also gained foundational experience as a Mechanical Supervisor at British American Tobacco. They are pursuing an Engineer's Degree in Technology of Machines Construction from “TRANSILVANIA” University in Brasov, Romania.
