Regina Locklear

Regina Locklear has extensive experience in supplier compliance, quality management, and business development, currently serving as the Global Supplier Compliance & Risk Management Director at Adient. Previous roles include Supplier Quality & Risk Management Director for North America and Purchasing Director for Tooling, Machinery & Equipment at Adient, as well as Director of Business Development and Central Quality Director at Cooper Standard Automotive. Regina is also the founder and president of The Darian Locklear Project, a non-profit foundation. Earlier in the career, Regina held key positions at Johnson Controls, including Quality Director for the Chrysler Business Unit and Central Quality Director for the Customer Group Americas. Regina Locklear holds a B.S.E in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and has completed classes in a Masters Program in Business Management at Walsh College.
