Richard Hanley is currently the Corporate Director Supplier Development North America at Adient, having also served as the Corporate Senior Manager Supplier Development in the same company. Previously, they held several positions at Johnson Controls Automotive, including Corporate Supplier Quality Manager and Quality Manager. Richard started their career at Mercedes Benz of Alabama as a Supplier Quality Engineer and has extensive experience in supplier quality across various roles. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Richard is certified as a Six Sigma Greenbelt and a Kepner-Tregoe practitioner, as well as a Certified VDA Auditor.
