Richard Holder

Richard Holder has over two decades of experience in engineering and management, currently serving as a Supplier Development Engineer & SAQE at Adient since August 2001, focusing on purchasing and supplier management in the Meriden office. Prior to this role, Richard was a Manager at Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries, overseeing the Bradgate Arms public house from January 2000 to August 2001. Richard's career began at Jaguar Cars, where a tenure from August 1983 to January 2000 included a position as PD Lead Engineer in the Vehicle Proving and Testing Department. Richard Holder holds an HND in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering from NWCTA, completed between 1983 and 1987, and attended Higham Lane from 1979 to 1983.
