Rob Conklin

Rob Conklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Platform Director at Adient since August 2024, Rob previously held the position of Plant Manager at Bridgewater Interiors from May 2023 to August 2024. Rob's prior tenure at Adient included roles as Director of Operations and Director of Continuous Improvement and Best Business Practices from November 2016 to June 2023. Rob also contributed significantly at Johnson Controls from September 2002 to October 2016 in various capacities, including Director of Continuous Improvement and Best Business Practices, Plant Manager, and Quality Manager. Rob began a career at Gerber Products Company as a Process Technician from July 1998 to September 2002. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
