Stacy Napier

Stacy Napier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and supplier development, currently serving as Senior Manager Supplier Development at Adient since October 2016. In this role, Stacy has led problem-solving activities for customer issues and obtained PPAP approval for service parts. Previous positions at Adient include Supplier Development Engineer and Quality Manager, with responsibilities such as assisting with internal audits and maintaining the Quality Management System. Prior to Adient, Stacy worked at Johnson Controls from June 2001 to October 2016, where roles included Quality Engineer and Quality Control Technician. Stacy holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Murray State University, along with an Associate of Science in Quality Management Systems from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.
