Sushma Chava

Sushma Chava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Workday management and implementation. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager and Global Workday Manager at Adient since January 2017, Sushma oversees Workday HCM, recruitment, compensation, talent management, and performance and succession planning on a global scale while leading a global team in operational and project management. Prior roles include Workday Functional and Testing Lead, where Sushma provided leadership in HCM, compensation, and performance management, and was responsible for testing Workday deployments in various regions. Sushma's earlier experience includes a position as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant at Johnson Controls and a Workday Functional Consultant at Ramboll, as well as an HRIS Associate position at Kantar Operations. Sushma holds an MBA in Human Resource from Osmania University.
