Tamara Posthuma

Tamara Posthuma has extensive experience in management, training, and consulting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of I&O Strategy & Metrics at Adient since October 2016, Tamara is responsible for Microsoft 365 training and user support and oversees the creation of ServiceNow dashboards and reports. Previous roles at Adient include managing digital workspace initiatives and SharePoint administration. From 2003, Tamara has contributed as a Business Consultant and Editor for AssessME.org, an online tool for assessing volunteer capabilities. Prior experience at Johnson Controls involved knowledge management, organizational change management, and training program development across multiple projects. Tamara’s career began in education, with teaching roles spanning from high school to university levels, complemented by a Master's degree in Communication from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Calvin University.
