Tami (Tamara) Essenburgh is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in cybersecurity and plant operations management, currently serving as the Director of Plant Ops Cybersecurity at Adient since October 2016. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Tami has held multiple leadership roles at Adient, focusing on business relationship management, operational excellence, and global IT strategy. Prior to Adient, Tami worked at Johnson Controls Automotive, where significant roles included IT Manager for Complete Seat North America and Business Unit IT Manager for Toyota Honda Seating North America. Tami began a career in IT with EDS in project management and analysis. Tami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and has completed a Strategic Leadership Series at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
