Tim Holness has over three decades of experience in the manufacturing engineering field, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Adient since 1992. In addition to this role, Tim has been a Trustee Director for the Johnson Controls/Adient Pension scheme since March 2000. Prior to the current position, Tim worked as a Maintenance Shift Leader at Johnson Controls from March 1992 to October 2016. Tim holds a Distinction in Autocad Level 2 from Telford College of Arts & Technology, completed in 2017.
