Tomasz Soltysik

Tomasz Soltysik is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing engineering and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Adient Seating Poland since September 2010, Tomasz has previously held the position of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing the Manufacturing Engineering team. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Process Engineer at Johnson Controls from March 2006 to September 2010, where responsibilities included launching new programs for major automotive clients and starting up new production lines. Earlier in career, Tomasz worked as a Process Engineer at Valeo Engine Cooling. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska (1999-2004) and a PMI Project Management certification from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal (2010-2011).
