Violeta Soto

Violeta Soto has extensive experience in materials management within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Materials Manager at Adient since September 2008. In this role, Violeta oversees the Materials department, focusing on customer demand analysis, production planning, material procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Previous positions at Adient include Planning Supervisor, Production Planner, and Materials Planner, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, demand analysis, and inventory maintenance. Violeta also worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst for Johnson Controls, managing supplier payment proposals, and as a Project Manager at E-Lab Service Snc, coordinating project lifecycles. Violeta holds an MBA from Universidad Tecmilenio and a degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
