Benoit Gallot

Benoit Gallot's work experience begins with their role as a Chief Human Resources Officer at Adikteev, a global app re-engagement platform, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at the same company, overseeing all HR strategic operations globally from August 2020.

Before joining Adikteev, Benoit took a sabbatical leave from 2019 to 2020 to spend time with loved ones, travel, and pursue their passion for writing. During this time, they published four novels.

From 2006 to 2019, Benoit worked at Thomson Reuters in various HR leadership positions. These include Regional Head of HR for Europe, where they supported around 8,000 employees across 28 countries. Benoit also served as Head of HR for Continental Europe, CEMA West, Switzerland & Nordics, Switzerland, and Geneva, managing HR operations and teams in various regions.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, Benoit worked at Tetra Laval International as an HR Analyst and HR Coordinator from 2003 to 2006.

Benoit Gallot obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Webster University Geneva in the years 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Premier Cycle Universitaire en Lettres & Civilisations from Université catholique de Lyon, between 1994 and 1996. In 1996 to 1997, they pursued a Certificate of Proficiency in English, also from Université catholique de Lyon. Finally, Mr. Gallot earned their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University Geneva from 2000 to 2003.
