Aaron Todd

Aaron Todd is an experienced backend software engineer and engineering manager who specializes in scalable microservices and cloud architecture. They have held notable positions as a Principal Engineer at both Adim, Inc. and Epoxy.ai, where they designed and maintained complex AI/ML processing platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Comcast and Gamry Instruments, as well as research positions during their studies at Penn State University, where they earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering Science. Currently, Aaron serves as a Founding Engineer at Incention, focusing on team acceleration and technical mentorship.
