Phil Ferneau is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Borealis Ventures, an early-stage healthcare venture capital firm focused on life science platforms, digital health, and animal health, since 2002. Phil serves as a Board Director and Investor for Compass Therapeutics LLC, Ankyra Therapeutics, Ovation.io, and Orbit Discovery, and has had investments in various innovative biotech firms including Triveni Bio, T-Cypher Bio, Adimab, and Evox Therapeutics Ltd. Phil's educational background includes an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
