Michael Blau

Michael Blau is a seasoned professional in the themed entertainment industry, currently serving as the President and Principal of Business Development at Adirondack Studios since November 2017. Blau has held leadership roles within the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), including Immediate Past President and President of the International Board, and previously served as Vice President of the Eastern Division Board from December 2013 to October 2016. With a robust background that includes positions such as Creative Director at Adirondack Studios and Executive Vice President of Creative Design at Wizard Works Product Development Company, Michael Blau brings extensive experience in creative leadership. In addition to professional accomplishments, Blau has contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor and Theater Series Producer at Siena College from 1994 to 2001. Education includes a Master of Fine Arts in Design and Technical Theatre from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Siena College.
