Lisa Drost

Lisa Drost is a professional with a background in organizational psychology and extensive experience in consultancy and project management. From July 2020 to June 2023, Lisa served as a Consultant Slow Toepassingen at Slow Reflector, where responsibilities included developing the Slow Reflector tool for personal leadership, analyzing organizational issues, drafting development plans, and managing projects for a new personal leadership platform. Prior to this role, Lisa completed an internship at Slow Insights in early 2020 and currently works as a Backoffice Specialist at Aditech since May 2023. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Sciences, and a pre-master in Psychology, all from Tilburg University, along with a recent qualification in Change Management from NHA Cursussen en opleidingen.
