Manuel Hernández Herrera is a seasoned Commercial and Operations Lead in the Pharma and Biotech sectors, currently spearheading business development and growth at Adium. With over 20 years of experience, they have held leadership roles in major companies, including Zimmer Biomet and GlaxoSmithKline, driving strategic initiatives that significantly increased sales and market presence across Central America, the Caribbean, Mexico, and South America. Manuel holds an MBA in Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad Central de Costa Rica, complemented by multilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.
