- Backend renovation/deal with scale for an exploding AI startup (the largest single server on Discord, millions of users)
- Realtime stats processing in a redpanda+golang stream architecture for one of the top 3 major US sports leagues - raw data through ML models to the screen!

- AWS Lambda architecture replatforming core portfolio management for a startup (>$1BN AUM) hedge fund

- Realtime stream processing of crypto exchange trade data through Kafka/data lake for an analytics platform. Met 5000ms SLA, blue/green deployment, arbitrarily many symbols/exchanges. Proof of SLA in extensive Cloudwatch metrics

-  Built a framework to collapse dozens of singleton ETL programs into one config-driven, simple C# application performing the same functionality at about 80% reduction in maintenance cost year over year.

-Built and managed a team of 8 engineers operating against multiple streams of work to meet business needs, with ~12 active projects at a time.
