Mia Mateva is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at adjoe, where they oversee the entire recruiting process and lead the internal Active Sourcing team. Previously, Mia served as an Interim Tech Recruiter at McKinsey & Company and held various talent acquisition roles, including at Preply and the applike group. They have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for tech companies and are skilled in improving hiring processes through data insights and ATS automation. Mia is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management at the University American College Skopje.
