Joanneke Jacobs

Joanneke Jacobs is a seasoned advisor in technical management and consulting, currently serving at Rijkswaterstaat as an Adviseur Technisch Management and as a Senior Consultant and Teamlead at Adjust. Previously, they have held significant roles at PACER, ProRail, and TenneT TSO B.V., and gained foundational experience as a Voorlichtster and intern with various organizations, including Ontwikkelingsbedrijf Spoorzone Delft B.V. and Kustwerk Katwijk.
