Adkinns Inc. was started as an idea since 1997 but was officially established in 2019 with the purpose of combining multiple private investment portfolios in technology companies under a single holding umbrella entity, Adkinns has since acquired all of the private portfolios' companies and has reformed them into Adkinns brands such as Viotec and Pyronics, to name a few.

Adkinns has rebranded these companies as Adkinns owned brands throughout the past few years, and has merged these companies together and further developed their product portfolio and added new products to enrich and create its current brand and product portfolio.

With these changes Adkinns has kicked off its plan to go public with its new rebranded products throughout the early 2020s to establish Adkinns as a major force in the technologies industry, capitalizing on each industry and brand’s product advancements and existing base of clientele.
