Peter Chen

Peter Chen has been working in the Human Resources field since 2009. Peter began their career as Human Resources Management at KPMG Control Co., Ltd. in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Tencent Information Industry Co., Ltd. as Human Resources Manager. In 2016, they became Human Resources Director at Business-Link. Currently, they are VP, HR & Administration at Adlai Nortye Biopharma Co., Ltd.

Peter Chen has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Anhui University of Finance and Economics, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Peter also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), which they obtained from 2019 to 2021.
