Greg Dancy has extensive experience in the windows and doors industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Adler Windows since 2014, where responsibilities also include the role of Director of Engineering. Prior to this, Greg held various project management positions at Champion Window and Door, Custom Metal Crafters Inc, Pioneer Window Mfg Corp, and M.P. Davies Construction, Inc. Greg began a career in the industry as the Owner/Operator of Precision Window Inc and served in the United States Coast Guard as Petty Officer Third Class from 1984 to 1987.
