Michael Ratliff has over two decades of sales experience in the flooring industry, currently serving as the North Regional Sales Manager at Adleta since March 2016. Previously, Michael held the position of Regional Sales Director at AHF Products for a brief period in 2022 and worked at Adleta in various roles, including Armstrong Residential Sales & Product Manager from May 2013 to May 2015 and Account Manager from January 2003 to May 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, which was earned between 1993 and 1998.
