Joe Pointing is an experienced logistics and event management professional with a strong background in the technical production industry. Currently serving as the Head of Logistics and formerly as an Account Manager at Adlib since April 2016, Joe has excelled in developing customer relationships and managing logistical requirements for various AV events. Prior to this role, Joe was the Event Manager for the Newark Blues Festival CIC from June 2009 to October 2016, playing a key role in organizing an annual festival recognized for its musical contributions. Additionally, Joe operated as a sole trader offering PA hire and event management services through FM Events from September 2011 to April 2016. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons First Class degree in Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, completed in 2015.
