Rob Crossland

Rob Crossland is an Engineering Manager at Adlib, where they are responsible for quality, training, and standards across installation project teams. Their previous roles include Installation Project Manager and Service Manager, where they focused on designing and installing systems for live music and theatre markets. Before joining Adlib, Rob worked as a Theatre Technician at Preston City Council and as a Commissioning Engineer at Crown Stage & Theatre Services Ltd, where they developed their technical and organizational skills. Rob holds an HND in Engineering Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
