Adam Malseed has extensive experience in customer support and technical services across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Director of Customer Support & Services at Adlib since April 2014, Adam has previously held positions such as Customer Service Manager and Technical Account Manager. With a long-standing military background as a Warrant Officer in the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry since June 1993, Adam also worked at Buchanan Technologies from January 2010 to April 2014 as Technical Services Manager for Managed Services, overseeing a global team. Between January 1999 and January 2009, Adam managed IT operations as I.S. Infrastructure Manager at The News Group, leading a team of 11 and supporting 120 office locations across North America. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakehead University.
