Joseph Lok is a Principal and Founding Member at Diversis Capital, a private equity fund specializing in software and technology with over $1.5 billion in assets under management, focused on investing in lower middle-market companies. In addition to this role, Joseph Lok serves on the boards of several organizations, including SalesRabbit, Inc., Adlib, Black Box Intelligence™, RFI Global, PureCars, and Caligor Coghlan Pharma Services.
