Kevin Ma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate governance. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Diversis Capital since May 2013, Kevin focuses on institutional private equity investments in software and technology buy-outs. In addition to this role, Kevin serves as Chairman of the Board for several companies, including Infotech, Decision Lens, InductiveHealth Informatics, Black Box Intelligence™, and FORM. Kevin also holds board member positions at SalesRabbit, Inc., Fishbowl, Adlib, and RFi Group. Kevin earned a BSE in Economics with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School and a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania's Jerome Fisher M&T Program.
