Marika Leclercq

Marika Leclercq has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Marika started their career at Sony Ericsson France, where they built a new sales support organization and achieved significant sales growth. Marika then worked at Goodyear Dunlop Nordics as an FP&A Manager, where they established a budget and forecasting process for multiple countries. At HSB Omsorg, they served as CFO and was responsible for financial planning and development. Later, they joined Boots apotek as a Financial Manager, playing a key role in implementing franchise pharmacies in Sweden. Marika also worked at K-rauta AB & Onninen AB as a CFO, overseeing financial operations and real estate. Marika then became the Finance Director Nordic at Selecta, where they focused on business development and profitability improvement. Currently, they serve as the CFO of Adlibris, a Bonnier-owned E-commerce business, where they are responsible for strategic planning, profitability improvement, and logistics. Throughout their career, Marika has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and financial expertise.
