Stina Rafner has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Stina started their career as a Marketing Coordinator and Project Manager at Institutet för Informationsteknologi, where they managed digital marketing seminars and coordinated various marketing activities.

Stina then joined Life Europe AB, where they served as a Web Manager and later became a Nordic Online Project Manager. In these roles, Stina was responsible for setting up and managing Life's e-commerce operations in multiple Nordic countries. Stina oversaw various aspects such as payment, logistics, assortment, web platform, conversion optimization, digital marketing, and content marketing.

After that, Stina worked as an E-commerce Specialist at Gudrun Sjödén Design AB. In this role, they focused on optimizing sales and user experience for Gudrun Sjödén's webshop in 17 markets. Stina worked on digital strategy for e-commerce and digital marketing, performed analysis, conducted conversion optimization, A/B tests, and handled SEO.

Stina then joined LloydsApotek (now called Doz Apotek) as a Head of E-comm. Here, they had overall responsibility for the e-commerce and its growth. Stina managed the digital team, including customer service.

Currently, Stina holds the position of Head of Personalisation at Adlibris. Their responsibilities include overseeing conversion optimization and site personalization. Stina manages a team working with site content and campaigns, as well as leads a cross-functional team that operates in an agile manner for site personalization.

Stina Rafner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Stockholm University, which they pursued from 2004 to 2011. During the period from 2006 to 2008, they also completed a Vocational Degree in Project Management at Academedia.
