Siim Toim has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Siim started their career as a Retail Store Manager at Hawaii Express OÜ in 2002 and held this position until 2006. Siim then became the CEO of SIA Hawaii Express from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Siim worked as a Retail Sales Executive at Nielsen. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Head of Retail Sales Department at Telia Eesti. In 2012, Siim joined Mediabrands Digital and ADM Interactive as a Partner, COO, specializing in Digital Media Strategy and Innovation. Throughout their career, Siim Toim has gained valuable experience in retail sales, management, and digital media strategy.

Siim Toim received a Diploma of Psychology with a focus on HR Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences / EEK Mainor in the years 2003 to 2006. In 2012, Siim completed the Business Acumen Certificate Program at Hanken & SSE Executive Education.
