Jolijn Lust is the Teamlead of HR Business Partners at Liantis, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and HR roles. They began their career with internships at CNH and Randstad HR Solutions, where they supported various HR functions. Jolijn further developed their expertise as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vlaamse Overheid, focusing on the entire recruitment cycle. They hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Personnel Management and Organizational Psychology, graduated magna cum laude from Universiteit Gent, and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Hogeschool VIVES, graduated cum laude.
