Admela is a hyperlocal commerce platform that simplifies grocery and daily-needs delivery for small towns and semi-urban markets. We operate on a low-cost, high-retention model built around WhatsApp-based ordering, predictable monthly demand and free local delivery. Our goal is to become the preferred fulfilment partner for essential goods at the neighborhood level.

The platform lets customers send their monthly or weekly grocery list, review prices, and confirm orders quickly. Most users repeat the same basket each month, which creates a stable demand cycle and lowers acquisition cost. Our “Auto-Delivery Subscription” allows customers to share their list once and receive scheduled deliveries every month, increasing retention and improving revenue predictability.

We focus on both branded and unbranded essentials, enabling us to maintain healthy margins while keeping prices competitive. By keeping logistics local and optimized, we reduce overheads and increase delivery efficiency.

Admela is positioned to scale through a cluster-based expansion model. Each service area becomes profitable with a small customer base, making the model sustainable and easy to replicate.
